Commercial cardboard recycling in Oakleigh East
Oakleigh East is quieter than its neighbours, but its businesses still deal with cardboard every week. Workshops and trade operators near Huntingdale Road receive materials and fittings in cartons, local shops and takeaways restock regularly, and schools and kindergartens build up paper and packaging over each term. Without a dedicated recycling service, these boxes often end up crammed into general waste, which costs more to empty and fills faster. Oakleigh East sits on Recyco’s south-east routes, between our regular collections in Huntingdale and Clayton, so a stop here fits easily into an existing run. Most sites suit an 1100L wheelie bin on a fortnightly schedule, and trades with irregular deliveries can use on-demand pickups instead.
