Commercial cardboard recycling in Braeside
Between Lower Dandenong Road and Governor Road, Braeside is a grid of factories, warehouses and importers with very little else mixed in. That’s why cardboard volumes here differ from a retail strip: a single container unload or production run can fill an 1100L bin in an afternoon. Recyco already collects from businesses in Braeside, and the suburb sits at the centre of our Kingston routes, with the Mordialloc Freeway linking it quickly to Dingley Village, Keysborough and Dandenong South. Most Braeside sites suit a 3m³ high-capacity bin on a weekly schedule, with on-demand pickups for weeks when stock arrives heavy. Loose cardboard stacked against a roller door gets in the way of forklifts and adds to fire load — a bin emptied on time removes both problems.
